June enclosing a copy of a letter dated 18th May from the Officer Administering the Government of Hong Kong covering & copy of a letter dated 11th January from the Director of Public Works and a copy of a report dated 6th January (with three plans by Mr L. Gibbs, lately Assistant Engineer in the Public Works Department of the Colony, I have the honour to 1900 enclose a copy of a report and covering letter from the 2.1900. Consulting Engineer relative to this proposed scheme of water

supply for Kowloon.
